Laptop for about £400

Does anyone know where I can get a fairly decent laptop for about £400?It is to be a Xmas present for my parents, so require the basic for internet access etc. I have seen several at PC World, Currys and Comet but don't know if they are any good or their reliability?

The cheapest laptops on https://www.ebuyer.com are about £400.
You can read reviews as well by other previous buyers.
I've never had a problem with ebuyer but other people have had problems - just like most shops really.
You get more for your money from ebuyer than pcworld etc.
