I go BR in Oct due to having 30k of debt and neg equity in house and losing job! i start Uni full time next week and i qualify for student loan and grants for the 4 year degree, will me going BR next month effect me recieving the student loan/grants future payments?
will the OR want part of this money for IPA?
will me going back to Uni full time after losing my job complicate my BR?

No - Student loans/grants are not included as income when working out an IPA. And there is no reason why Uni should complicate BR at all. You are allowed to change the direction of your life as often as you like!

I wasnt sure with student finance being a loan that maybe once BR i would be refused student 'loan's.

The "official" ones from the student loans company you should be AOK. Its the overdrafts/loan from banks that you probably wont get.
