Hi all,
I just don't trust myself! I have received a letter from the OR this morning -
Dear Madam,
In the ************* County Court
I am writing about your request for your motor vehicle *************** reg ******** to be treated as "exempt property"( property which is not treated as part of your bankruptcy estate).
The Official Receiver, as trustee of your bankruptcy estate, agrees that this property should be treated as exempt under section 283(2) of the Insolvency Act 1986. The Official Receiver does not propose to take possession of or sell the property.
Yours faithfully,

Now it may seem blindingly obvious to you but I really just want to double check that I have read this right - I can keep my car???!!!!! :j :j :j
