hey guys i want to try to remove a ccj via a N244 where would i get one from and how sucessful are they??

if anyone has had a ccj removed this way can you post what evidence you supplied if any

also any successes or failed attempts

    I presume you're talking about 'set aside'

    Have you read the national debtline factsheet here?

    Set aside only works if you have a reasonable prospect of sucess. It's not automatic. If you have a good reason for getting it set aside, it works. If you haven't, it doesn't.

    well i was in iraq at the time and before i left i sold my car i then 7 months after received a ccj from dvla!!!
