Charging order objection letter help pls

I'm looking for some help with the objection letter to the court in relation to a creditor's application for a charging order. We've accepted that the court is most likely to grant the order, but we've still been advised to send the letter. I'm just not sure about the wording.
These are the issues:
1. The creditor didn't give our new address to the court (although we have proof that they've had it for over a year), which meant we were unable appeal against anything up to this point.
2. We have a DMP and so the order would represent a preference.
3. The debt is in my husband's sole name and the property is owned jointly.
4. We'd like to make sure they don't go for a forced sale, since we have a 4-year-old and another baby on the way.
Is there any particular wording I need to include? Is there anything I should leave out?
I'd be grateful for any advice.
Thanks
