Mortgage Arrears

Thanks for all the replies, I offered to pay £200.00 a month on top of my regular mortgage repayment, they excepted that, they do charge £50 each month for been in arrears and they charge you £15.00 a month for not having a direct debit, I raised the question again with them today about their claim that the previous Court order for a suspended possession still stands, I told them that I thought they were wrong, as I cleared the amount of arrears on the order, they did not say that anything was outstanding, but again claimed that the order is valid for 6 years, she quoted the wording of the order saying it says as long as I keep up to date with my regular payments and the additional charge, I said that I did this during the order period, she did not deny this, but just said it says as long as I kept up to date with the mortgage, so what I read into what she is saying is, if I pay the amount outstanding on the court order and clear the arrears, if I fall into arrears again, even after the order has been repaid, they can repossess your house on the previous order, without having to go through the whole procedure again, is this true, I will ring the court tomorrow and ask their opinion on this matter0

How long have you got with GMAC?
I would kick them into touch like we did at the earliest opp.
GMAC are an american company and are heavy handed about customers.
I can't see why they decided to go to court and get the order.
You will have to 'Box' clever with them.
