Hi and welcome... I think you need to keep some perspective - yes pay off debt as quick as poss but at least you have assets so that is in your favour...
Is it worth seeing if your own bank would allow a credit card transfer at a cheaper rate?
Also can you literally not touch the bond - how much is the penalty for cancelling out of it - if this is less than the interest you will pay on the 10K of debt it may be worth doing anyway...Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

2) £2.4K Net savings after CCs March 26 (but owed £1.1K) so £3.5K
3) Mortgage neutral by 06/30 (AVC £36.2K + Lump Sums DB £4.6K + (25% of SIPP 1.3K) = 42.1£127.5K target 33% 27/2/26 (If took bigger lump sum = 64K or 50.1%)
4) FI Age 60 income target £17.1/30K 57% (if mortgage and debts repaid - need more otherwise) (If bigger lump sum £15.8/30K 52.67%)

Just wanted to say thanks to everyone who sent a message of encouragement.
I have telephoned sky and got £18 a motnh knocked off my bill
I have also joined the earn £10 a day for a month and have listed loads of things on ebay and amazon so very excited abotu that.
If any body else has any income boosting tips that would be great

Some positivity, your situation is very fixable, it'll take some thought and application with, possibly, some help from from a dmp charity.
On the house 'abroad', you could sell it on, or.....it doesn't matter where the 'abroad' is we DFWs could all do with a cheap holiday home...everyones a winner:j
