Not happy with debt management pls help?!

Im currently on a dmp which I have been for just under a year , im very unhappy with the company after they have made several mistakes and im finding it hard to get feedback from them showing what they have paid to who. But ive also just had a promotion and now earning a good amount of money i would like to know if its possible to have my debt back off the debt management company and pay it myself mounthly again??? not sure if possible has anyone else tried this

I did this years ago. I spent 3 days ringing them - thought it was only polite to let them know what I was doing
- but no-one answered the phone so I just cancelled the standing order. Then I rang the creditors and told them I'd be paying directly from my bank account and asked them for their account numbers to set up standing orders. Check your balances while you're at it
