Britannia

I am giving up on trying to sell my flat (over 15 months on market).

I am paying a very high rate with Woolwich, so am going to remortgage.

The plan is to stay here for another 2/3 months, then rent this place out.

The rental will more than cover the new mortage fees (Fixed for 3 yrs)

My question.....

If I remortgage with Britannia, will they allow me to let the property in a few months time?

HSBC and Woolwich have said that they would be happy to let me do this as long as I initially lived in the property as my main residence.

Will Britannia do the same?
