Thanks Ill phone someone on Monday. Its an attachment schedule theyve called it. Theres no indication of how long I have to pay etc. The debt passed to them was for £90 for a parking ticket which Im disputing, its now up to £266. Ive had NO communication from any court etc, so Im going to call them on Monday as well.
I thought the £800 thing was odd, my understanding after a bit of research was they couldnt take a car valued at under £1000, my car is actually worth about £7500/£8000 so where they got £800 from I cant imagine, I did think that if things had got to this stage I should have been notified of court proceedings or something.
Ill let you know how I get on. Im absolutely terrified I look out my window and my car is gone.0 -
Wishing you luck with it.
I was actually thinking of calling my local court at one point too to see if there was anything there about me.
I will do if I hear anything more from Stirling Park or get anyone at the door.0 -
This thread has been very interesting indeed and just shows how different the law is in Scotland. What is great is that there are so many knowledgeable people here on MSE.
Well done everyone.....0
