E 5/12/04 Argos £5 & £10 Gift Vouchers

Argos are offering free gift vouchers again.

Terms and Conditions (from the website):

1. Spend £50 - £99.99 (excluding delivery charge) in a single transaction and receive a free £5 Argos gift voucher.
2. Spend £100 or more (excluding delivery charge) in a single transaction and receive a free £10 Argos gift voucher.
3. Voucher offer applies to purchases made in store, on Quick Pay kiosks, over the telephone, or authorised orders on Argos.co.uk.
4. If you have ordered online, you will receive confirmation that you have qualified to receive a voucher with your order acknowledgement. You will also receive confirmation of qualification when we acknowledge your order via email.
5. Vouchers will be dispatched to you separately from the products you have ordered and will be sent no later than 17th December 2004.
6. Vouchers can only redeemed in an Argos store. They cannot be redeemed online, over the telephone or Quick Pay kiosks.
7. Gift vouchers are available between Wednesday 24th November and Sunday 5th December 2004.
8. Vouchers are redeemable between Wednesday 24th November 2004 and Monday 14th February 2005.
9. The offer is available when using High Street/Provident/Choice vouchers, Bonus Bonds or Easyshop, Shopportunity or Extra cards.
10. The offer excludes the purchase of gift vouchers, using gift vouchers as a method of payment.
11. We reserve the right to withdraw, alter or decline this offer without prior notice.
12. Vouchers can only be redeemed against subsequent transactions.
13. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or returned under our 16-day money back guarantee.
14. If all or some of the products are returned under our 16-day money back guarantee, thereby reducing the value of the original transaction to a) less than £50 (in respect of transactions between £50 - £99.99), or b) less than £100 (in respect of transactions between £100 or more), the vouchers must be returned. If the voucher is not returned, the voucher amount will be deducted from the money refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.

    Take it back under their 16 day returns policy (assuming the items are not exempt) then buy them back again - if possible as 2 transactions of over £100.00 each. ;)
