Help
I have just got off the phone to the Halifax, they rang me!!
I have gone over my overdraft by 323.00 and they want it back asap. I offered them a small amount and they refused. She ended up terminating our conversation and put the phone down on me! This month I have paid 210.00 in bank charges.
What would be a reasonable offer? Can I get the intrest suspended? :j

You need to push them to refund your bank charges. They refused mine so I went down the financial hardship route and they've paid out today, enough to finally make me debt free! Check out the templates on here, they're what I used and they worked amazingly well for me.Debt busting! Jan 2014 £7632.50 £7445.80

Please can I ask where would I find the templates? My mum is with the Halifax and has had quite a few bank charges. We were just wondering if she could claim her bank charges back.0
