I got this from one of those sellers on ebay who tell you that you can get free football etc. I don't think its worth the money and a bit of a rip off so instead of anyone else having to pay for the download here it is.
This quite a long list,the spelling and discriptions etc are straight from the file I got.
so I hope it helps someone.
FREE SAT TV On Your PC

You may need a couple of extra pieces of software for these channels to work, although most people
wil already have them instaled on their PC.

The software needed is :

Windows Media Player htp:/www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/players.aspx

RealPlayer htp:/uk.real.com/player/

There is a free version of RealPlayer you can download here, you don’t need to pay for the ful version
as the free version wil work fine. You should see a link in the botom right corner of the page that says,
“Download the Free RealPlayer Only”. Please ignore the 14-day free trial links.

To watch any of these channels just click on the link and the program needed (or a browser window)
wil open automaticaly.

Some of the streams need the latest version of Windows Media Player and RealPlayer so if you have
any problems try updating to the latest version and see our “Guide To Watching Streaming Media On
