Bag of bones (I´m using well cooked, cleaned chicken leg and wing put in a small black draw string bag with bits sticking out)
witch in a jar, (witch doll from keyring, sqeezed into a small jar)
witches scabs (cornflakes in a jar)
graveyard dust or witches dust/ashes
pickled bums in a jar
bottle of drain water
green hand wash in bathroom labelled witches slime
witches special blended herbs (mixed herbs)
witches special blended potion
small stuffed black bags labelled Dead men´s toes
jars of Dragon eggs
cut up false nails, witches toe nails
snake oil
coloured washing liquid or softener, labelled as some sort of pus or slime
some maggots from a fishing tackle shop, think you can get dyed ones
tubs of chicken livers
cauliflower florets in a jar labelled Brains
Use jars with labels distressed with coffee, tea, cinamon
I´m sure you could make up something yeuky to label pork scratchings or rice crispies
I´ve also got a couple of small animal skulls, I found out in the countryside, a dessicated snake and lizard0 -
You could get some barbie doll heads (they pop right off) and label it shrunken heads!!
I know on the gifts in jars thread there is a recipe to make your own slime!
Pickled eggs would make good eyes or maybe some kind of creatures eggs.
Bit gross but you could make up some gravy add mustard to yellow it up a bit and add carrot chunks and peas and label it vomit!! Saving hard for a brighter future!:beer:0 -

why not fill with those little 'grow your own alien' etc types you can buy from most cheap shops or toy stores usually about a pound - add some food colouring to the water or a bit jelly mix when its 'grown' ?Money's our first priority, it doesn't make sense to me -Simple Plan - CrazyDebt at lightbulb moment 13/12/07 £13820. What about using gelli bath? It is stuff you put in the bath & it turns to gunge & comes in all different coulours. We are using some in our "spooky boxes" (put your hand in a box where you can't see what is in the box) the one with the gelli bath has small skeleton hands & feet in it. Also going to have one with snakes in rice crispies & spiders in cobwebs! Scary enough for 3 & 4 year olds!
