Sameen, in case you're still around... if you have such a specific location in mind and can't travel any further to work, why not try handing in your CV and a polite covering letter to all the buisnesses you can find in that area.
Also, as has been suggested earlier, check the local jobcentre (online) and local papers. Maybe you could also try one of the catalogue companies like Kleeneze, Betterware or Avon, where you can distribute just in your local area.0 -
