Just about to purchase my plot of land, which will take up all our cash money and should take aprox 50% of the build costs.
Wheres the best place to borrow the other 50% from to build the property?

Yes, they are good too.
Nationwide also OK, but want the ins and outs of everything

Hi
We picked a Skipton self build mortgage after going through Buildstore who specialise in self builds. There are a few companies who do these mortgages and Buildstore search for the best deal.
www.buildstore.co.uk
We found them very helpful.0
