Help with R Points please

I registered around 6 months ago with R points.
I am also a member of Ebay for both I have the same registered email address
I have only just really started to sue R points with my xmas shopping from Boots and Ebay
When I go to the site and then conect to the other site it says now tracking purchases made by and then my email address. Is this what should be happening?
Ive had no points awarded yet, You see my hustbands joined on my computer using his email address which isnt Ebay registered and im worried that because we use the same computer its not going to tack my Ebay points or Boots.
Im sure im worrying about nothing. Im just wondering that as mines an old account thats suddenly being used they will have cancelled my membership and not award me my points. It really does give me email address and not my hustbands on the tracking part.
I have tried emialing but they never get back to me
Any ideas please?

I'm sorry I'm not quite sure I understand your post correctly, so apologies if I answer the wrong question!
Firstly, R points no longer give points for normal ebay bids, the only ebay offer is 20 points per BIN and to get those 20 points you have to log into R points and click on the ebay link and BIN from there. If you BIN more than one item you have to go out of ebay and back in again via R points. Your email address and registration details don't make any difference.
Likewise with Boots you have to log into R Points and follow the link and then buy from that link.
