IVA Completed but...........

Hi
I was wondering whether anyone could give me any advice.
I settled my IVA in December 2007.
I sent the certificate of compliance on to experian and equifax.
I've just checked my credit report and equifax have put the date satisfied as correct under court information, however, I've got a couple of concerns.
My debts with some lenders that were included in the IVA are on the credit report, some say settled, some say default/delinquent. Some of the debts appear twice, once under the original lender, and once under MaxRecovery.
My question is, should the debts included in the IVA now say settled, and should the debts appear twice, once for the original lender and once for MaxRecovery?
It seems a little strange to me.
Also, this only shows with one credit reference agency, with the other main reference agency everything shows as settled.
Sorry for a probably stupid question.
Joe
