Mortgage Redemption Statement

I'm currently in the process of remortgaging from RBS to Nationwide, which is due to complete on the 1st Oct.

RBS had sent the solicitors a redemption statement dated 11th Sept. stating I owed £110,141.27. They sent me a letter saying there was goiing to be a shortfall of £525 and that I needed to send it to them seperately.

A RBS mortgage payment was due and was paid on the 15th Sept. I informed the solicitors of this payment and they said that they still needed the shortfall paid untill they received an updated redemption certificate. This payment was sent.

I've just received a copy of the updated redemption certificate from the solicitor and all that has changed is the date from the 11th Sept to the 24th Sept.

Am I right in thinking the Repayments Made figure should have increased by the September payment?, effectively meaning that I'd owe £650 less.

Should this all get sorted after completion and I'll receive a refund from RBS of the September Payment or should I be shouting?
