I've just bought my first game for daughter's nintendo ds lite and when I look at it it says Nintendo DS (but no mention of lite) It's super mario brothers from Tesco very kindly suggested to my by someone on MSE. should it say lite on it somewhere?

As far as I can see from websites that sell games, there's no such thing as a 'lite' game. I'm guessing it just refers to a slightly different diesign of the console, but the games fit both.

It will work.
Lite just refers to the device, which is thinner than a regular DS.Cake please...0 -
