recall of decree. HELP!!

Hi looking for help my husband has just been sent a court letter and we have been told by cab that we need to get a lawyer and get a recall of decree. We have been to two lawyer who keep pass us on to someone else. We had windows put in a year ago by weatherseal and before it was done we signed the 1st contract but we decided it was too much and phoned to cancel it. As we were trying to cancel it another sale person came out and gave us a cheaper price so we signed again and went ahead with the windows. We then got the letter from the finance company to tell us weatherseal had put the first contract into play and we had to pay it. We have since been fighting with weatherseal to get the right contract put in place and no one will talk to us. It has now go to this stage and we feel helpless. I know we should have delt with the problem sooner but I was pregnant at the time and was very ill and my baby was born 3 months early and spent 4 months in intensive care. I have also ended up with post natal depression and been off work so my husband has been holding down the fort :mad: . We need help. Thanx
