Stoke, I Wanna Tent Sale

Two years ago, about this time of the year, I went to some of the china shops in Stoke, and one had a tent sale outside the main shop. There were lots of Disney mugs, offprint dishes, seconds. Does anyone know if this is going on in the next two weeks?
Or anyone know if there are any good bargains right now in any of the shops? I think the Moorcroft sale is in January.
