I received a book, but more like a catalogue advertising their beds!

i received the book! and completely agree with the quoted post!, instead of being an actual book its an advertisment for their book. The main reason Gloria says one doesnt get a good nights sleep is because of their bed. It just so happens that a brochure with some of the beds they provides come with. Coincidence? ::) ::) ::)

Of course I expected them to follow up enquiries (by ringing my 0870 number ;D or writing to me!) but NOT by knocking on my door!!

Anyway, he won't be back if he wants to keep his teeth!! ;D

A letter within a day or 2 of receiving a brochure imo is a bit OTT, but I guess not entirely surprising. However, I personally do not think that knocking on a door is acceptable at all actually :-/
