The Pension Office-errors

Is it just me or are many others suddenly having errors from these people.
I got an apology earlier this year for a second form from the pension office asking the same as a previous department a few weeks before.
I have had to write and complain about a totaly confused letter from the NI contributions office, (also pensions office,) that was quite erronous.
I have just had to write yet another letter to them pointing out that the forecast sent to my wife was wrong.
I have also just had to send some bills for medical treatment in France that had come back from France saying that as I was a French citizen (I'm not, I was claiming under EHIC rules), I should apply to my local (French) health authority, despite the correct procedure this end presumably having been applied by the Pensions Office.
If my wife and I have had four errors in 6 months, and this is extrapolated, then we are in very deep S.H. one, T!
Conspiracy theorists would love it if Ossama has put a virus in the Pension Office Computers!!!!
