Currys Price Promise

Hi,

If this is in the wrong thread then sorry, not sure where else to put it!

I have just bought an Acer Aspire from Currys 2 days ago for £199.99.

Comet have just dropped the price of theirs to £179.99, can I claim the difference back?

Do they have a 7 day price promise?

    wow you bought an acer aspire laptop for £199?? where i cant find this ? bargain, i wouldnt even mention it to currys as they obviously made a pricing error and should have charged alot more than that. id be happy with the price you got it for.

    I think he meant the Acer Netbooks. Good news is, take your recipet in to Currys, and providing your local Comet has stock in, and ready to sell New in a box stock, they will price match it!

    You must remember however if the Comet does not have stock, they may not honor the price match, and if they are doing a discount to get rid of a display model, you may find Currys will refuse to price match it.
