Re advice as we dont know what to do

Hi my hubby used to work for the NHS and has just received a preservation notification. When he reaches 60 (another 20 to go)
The NHS scheme was left 22nd june 2007
and he was a member of the pension from october 1997 - june 2007
It says they have preserved the above membership using a penshionable pay figure of £19,523.03
It says £2,599.50 a year pension
Lump sum £7798.51
This says they will hold the beneffits untill they pay them
spouse pension is
I am not working and at present we are not paying into a pension scheme
help what do we do, I dont understand what to do

This will be increased (as will the spouse pension and lump sum) by up to an average of 5% a year until retirement to cover inflation. So it will keep its value.help what do we do, I dont understand what to do
You don't need to do anything.
If you want to check your other pension provision, you can get a forecast for your state pension(s) - there are two - here:

Hi many thanks, I will get hubby to look at that website and find out about a work one. We havent be too organised about it, its hard when its a subject that you dont really know much about
