Makes the owners a cool £1,150,000. Even when you take off the 10% for charity they are 'selling' their £895000 house for £1 million.
In the TV programme this was the house of their dreams - I wonder what went wrong.0 -
I sincerely hope that they don't read this but I wouldn't like to go home every day to it. Of course the same is in reverse they would probably hate my choice of dream home. Just as well as it'd be a very boring world if we all had the same taste. Not tempted I'm afraid I have enough on orchestrating a sale (we complete the sale later today ) and a purchase in progress.
