Cheers, that's what I meant to say
This is the only fair way to do it IMHO. 0 -
Are both cars necessary? You are currently spending over £200 per month on insurance, petrol etc. Also, both your mobile phone bills could be cut. I understand that your can't yet due to contract, but your hubby is spending £20 per month, is this just on calls as if not I would suggest switching to PAYG (including yourself when contract runs out) and really cutting your calls. Thats all I can think of at the moment, just I hope you can get things sorted out and well done with getting nearly all the christmas presents bought!"I've fallen down a hole" - said in best Monty Python voice-over.0

both are cars are vital - we work about 30miles apart, i start at 8.40am and finish at 5.15pm. he generally work from 10am till 11pm. which means that we can`t give each other lifts to work etc.
both mobiles are on contract and we don't go over the allocated free mins.Lead me not into temptation, I can find the way myself.
wins - peroni bottle opener, peroni bowl, peroni coastersx2 and a vodkat cocktail kit,
would love to win something 'proper'!!0 -
Hiya. Is this all your husband contributes towards the bills? If so then you need to seriously talk since I don't think this is fair. How did you come to the £175 towards bills?husband has his own personal loan for £100p/m, plus gets his petrol £120p/m, car insurance £70p/m and mobile £20 out of his wages.......hubby gives me £175 towards bills.
Without extra help from your husband, it is going to be incredibly hard, nigh impossible for you to get out of debt. Maybe its worth listing both your outgoings? I agree that your hubby should not quit the final salary pension if at all possible.
Between the cat insurance, eyebrow waxing and takeaways, your looking at an easy saving there of £20 per month. Appreciate its not nice to have to go without but they are also not essential items.
I could be wrong but the main thing I think needs sorting is an apparant imbalance in your finances with your husband.0
