Bradbury graphics in College street has craft days every weekend practically! Other than that why not try Belfast Met ?? Or ask them in craft world on Queen street!

I have since thrown out the flyer but I am pretty sure the southern regional college SRC which I think includes Lisburn tech and Lurgan etc have craft classes.
They were pretty cheap, you should look at their website as i think you can download a prospectus etc and list of courses.0 -

Forgetmenot papercrafts in Pottinger's entry in Belfast (down the side of In-Shops) does a variety of card/scrapbooking classes, good value too
