100 iTunes downloads

Yay! :j I won 100 iTunes downloads through a Capital 95.8 competition. They sent me an email with the codes for downloading my choices from iTunes. I got 10 codes, each worth 10 tunes. Thing is, only the 1st 3 codes worked. All the rest said:

"This code has already been used. Codes can only be used once."

I feel a bit cheeky doing this, but I've emailed them explaining what happened. Has anyone else had this experience?

Hasn't happened to me, but I would email them! You won them and the codes should work!

Yes, I had this with Severn Sound when I won 100 downloads from them, I emailed them and it took a few emails back and forth but it got sorted eventually, and they gave me 20 extra as an apology! Definitely worth pursuing, hope you get it sorted! xxx

I've just tried downloading mine and all of them say have been redeemed before

I'm going to email them too, which address did you use *Scottish*Lass*?

I'm going to try and reply to the winning email for now, then I think I might ring them tomorrow.
