How do I cancel an RBS loan during the cooling off period?

    Thanks for all the info. She has a pre-contract sheet but it doesn't say how to cancel and also mentions a leaflet regarding the insurance which she wasn't given.

    She has managed to make an appointment to see the advisor on Tuesday to try to sort things out so thanks again to everyone for their advice. :beer:
