If anyone is looking for a really interesting and 'different' day out between 27th Sept-5th Oct, then can I shamelessly plug this....
www.perthshireopenstudios.com
Basically, loads of artists, craftsmen and designers are opening up their studis, workshops etc for the public to come and see what they get up to. there are different 'routes' you can take through Perthshire that will ensure you miss nothing in your area. It should be good this, it is completely free, and as well as giving you a rare chance to see some of the best art and craftswork in Scotland...you get the added bonus of seeing some great scenery on route.
Trust me, a good day out to be had.

Just read about this in the Perthshire Advertiser, apparently one of my friends is opening her stained glass studios. Sounds such a good idea and I like the fact its on all week not just a weekend which is when I work0

Just a reminder, this event is on today and all next week. If you are wondering what to do today give it a look. Apart from petrol costs, this is an interesting and FREE day out. Enjoy.0
