Disney Sleeping Beauty DVD £12.99 at HMV

I do hope I've gotten this right (as I've just pre-ordered one!) but HMV will be releasing a special 'exclusive' 50th anniversary copy of this Disney classic at the end of October for £12.99. Blue Ray is £15.99. It is not in the Disney section, but search 'Sleeping Beauty' and it comes up.
Why am I being so suspicious of the price? Is this the original 'real deal'?
