Do I pay The DCA?

After an initial agressive phone call from 1st credit, all has gone quiet. Acting on advice recieved here, I asked for a copy of the CCA, and requested all future communication to be in writing. It is now the time of the month when I would have been making a payment to Goldfish. Do I now send this to 1st Credit, and stick to the arrangement I had with Goldfish? Thanks

Need a little more advice. Were 1st Credit collecting on behalf of Goldfish? (and what was the debt for? loan, CC)
How long ago did 1st Credit receive a copy of the CCA?After falling off the gambling wagon (twice): £33,600 (24,000+ 9,600) - Original CC Debt: £7,885.91
Dad Gift 6k ¦ Savings & Inv Tst: £2,500
Loan 10k: £0 ¦ Dad 5.5k: £2,270 ¦ LTSB: £0 ¦ RBS: £0 ¦ Virgin £0 ¦ Egg £0
Total Owed: £2,270 (+6k) 11/08/20110 -
The debt was for a goldfish credit card. Due to a change in circumstances I was unable to stick to the minimum payments. I sent a SOA to goldfish, and they agreed to suspend interest and accept reduced payments, then out of the blue I got a letter to say the debt was being assigned to Ist Credit who immediately demanded a lump sum and huge monthly repayments. I wrote to 1st Credit on Sept 19, but whilst awaiting their reply should I make my mothly payments to them? Jul 2008 debt £36,600 (not including mortgage )0

Yes, i think you will need to make the payment this month. It is only after 12(+2) working days after they receive the CCA request that the debt becomes unenforcable if not provided so they still have time to produce it (unfortunately)After falling off the gambling wagon (twice): £33,600 (24,000+ 9,600) - Original CC Debt: £7,885.91

Thanks. I don't dispute the debt, but there's no way I can pay it back of their terms:idea: Jul 2008 debt £36,600 (not including mortgage )0
