Have you put the right code, ive just joined to buy myself a mobile phone but codes not working for me ther was not a code in my welcoming email either maybe its just a unique code for yourself

I just tried to use this code on an LG Viewty mobile, registered as a new customer and it said i didn't meet the terms of the voucher as it was not my first order, i have to admit i had never heard of them before i just noticed this post let alone ordered from them so i'm not sure if the code is still valid or it was just me?

I tried to order an Ipod Nano mentioned in an earlier post with this code but had the same problems. I called Marshall Ward and they said this code would have been sent to an individual and unless you have had a letter with the code in it, it wasn't available to anyone else. She suggested requesting a catalogue and seeing if a code came with it!

I just tried using a code for the same offer that i found on another site for the same item but through littlewoods which i noticed must be the same company and it said the same thing, i've never ever made an order with them, i even tried using my Mum's address and it says that the offer is not valid as it is for the first order only, maybe it is just as scrappee said and the codes were only meant for one person.
