Hello all
I apologise if this has been asked and answered. I have chocolate cake recipe that I normally do using 2 sandwich tins - I want to do it tonight in one loaf tin - how do I alter the cooking time so that it cooks it correctly? Any idea anyone?

Sorry, but it's impossible to say without knowing the sizes of the tins
In general, the loaf is likely to take longer. I'd leave it in the oven for the time suggested for the 2 sandwich cakes. Then test,and estimate how cooked it is and how much longer it'll need
