Hi,
I am looking to buy a strong probiotic/prebiotic but get very confused as to what is good or not.
I went to my two local health shops and they both recommended their own products and slated all the others, telling me how all the good bacteria dies before it reaches the stomach and that the labels are very misleading.
Now I'm really confused.
Can anyone recommend anything please

I buy Muller pre/probiotic yogurt drinks. I've tried a few different brands, but always go back to this.
Also, if you shop around, you can pick up a pack of 6 for £1.
You could always check out natural live yougurt?0 -
