Quidco & Donald Russell link

I've tried to use the Quidco link to Donald Russell but it always ends up at a DR error page - http://www.donaldrussell.com/cm/OTPError.htm saying "We are sorry but the offercode you have entered is not available".

I've had some dialogue with Quidco but they insist it's my browser settings. I've tried two browsers and three computers but all show this error. Could some kind soul please see if they can click through Quidco to Donald Russell and let me know if they have any problems?

I use Quidco a lot (see signature) and this is the only link that won't play.

If you can't link through, would you mind sending them a ticket so they know it's not just me! Thanks very much ;-)

I've just tried using IE and got the same error message, I'll try it in FF now and see if it makes any difference.

Same error with FF, I also tried Safari and got the same, I'll put a ticket in now.

I just tried it with FF and got the same error. I only joined Quidco just over a month ago so don't know how to 'send a ticket'. If you let me know how, I'll gladly do it.
