    he didnt get shares out of this - every share holder does and he happens to have over 1 million shares

    but us shareholders have not voted yet ,,,,,

    I gather he received a large number of share options a few Months ago, and whilst their value is less than hoped, I understand that he has still made a tidy sum.

    He actually bought a large number of shares with his own money for £4.45 each (or thereabouts).
