Advise need - Can i return my printer

Hi there

In July I purchased a HP printer/camera bundle from Argos. Since then the camera works perfect - no complaints but the printer has never worked properly to the extent that i don't ever use it.

My question is i still have my receipt although i don't have the packaging for the boxes can i take the printer back to Argos and request and exchange - printer only? I'd be looking for the same printer or same spec printer.

is this within my consumer rights? please let me know.

if it was part of a bundle you will have to return all the items .

Just explain it to them Gayle. Maybe firstly go in without the printer and explain it all as they may require just printer to be returned or all items.
