£250 drinks hamper win from Shortlist comp arrived today It doesn't look like much but is a 'premium' drinks hamper, I googled some of the brands and the pink pigeon goes for about £40 a pop!

I've one rather happy pooch atm. These arrived from the 'click to win' comp I won in November. They didn't have the actual prize of Christmas treats, so they just send me all kinds of different stuff. Apparently there's 50 quids worth here, so no treat buying for a long time


I've got some more piccies to put on in a bit, just waiting for my camera to charge up. ttfn

Congrats on all your wins guys!!

I'm a noob to all this and starting comping about a week or 2 ago.... (passes the time by whilst i'm waiting for my CRB check to come back so i can start work :A)

How do you guys get most your wins??

Is it through the magazines dailies or is it mainly through twitter and facebook?

Im a bit devious about posting to my facebook and twitter pages as it will clog them up and no doubt annoy people.

I've entered lots of comps on this site just not FB and TW.

Any advice?? I would be very greatful!

Nice one Daza. I was beginning to lose hope on this one. I was thinking of giving them a little " warning nudge " too, than all of a sudden it turned up! So thanks, it was probably your Nudge that did the trick :beer:

And a surprise parcel turned up with £350 rrp of books (there were a few cd's in there too) It's from the Big Issue big box of books comp from the start of the year It's my biggest win for about 14 months




So, I think I've done ok, lol.

I suggest you setup a new account for comping only but beware a lot of people enter and chances of winning will be small. its easy to look at someone who has won but you forget those who enter.

But again if your name isn't in the hat your chances are zero. Hope it helps.
