On Twitter if you win, most likely your @name will be included in a tweet - I've got mine set to notify me by e-mail when this happens, but you can check it on the connect tab too.
Or they might DM (Direct message) you (same with email notifications for me) and I'm sure it comes up somewhere on Twitter too

I much prefer twitter over FB comps, purely because you're more likely to be notified (and there's not all this like & share nonsense!)
