Brit awards tickets arrived today special delivery, the postman hadn't even got half way down the drive before I had the door open waiting!! Now it is real, I can get excited and think what to wear. Any tips, never been to something like this before, jeans and top or a dress???[IMG]http://[/img]

Well done on your Brits win :j I won tickets to the Brits a few years ago, it was an amazing experience! If I remember rightly its not a 'jeans' event, I think it might have said on the ticket that jeans weren't allowed to be worn? I think I wore black trousers with a smart top which was perfectly acceptable, though we were chauffeur driven (I won it through our local radio) and the driver managed to drop us off on the red carpet so I did feel completely under dressed when we actually arrived :rotfl: You'll have a fantastic time, I'm jealous!!! x

To my surprise i received another bouquet of flowers today, from a different florist, but def a FunnyHowFlowersDoThat comp win - not quite as nice as the first bouquet but still beautiful all the same - gotta go and buy another vase tomorrow now!

they look lovely-well done!! can i ask, how long ago did you win? my email was 2 weeks ago (this sunday anyway) and havent received mine yet

I had the email to say that I'd won on 9th Feb so hopefully yours should arrive any day now. The first bouquet was sent as a goodwill/apology as they emailed me saying i'd won and asked for my details but when they highlighted the winners on that days competition I wasnt a winner so they sent me a bouquet anyway
