last week i won two tickets to Real food festival upon arrival i tried to collect my tickets only to be told they didnt have any in my name. i emailed foodepedia yesterday to say i had had a problem and today a courier brought me this bag full of goodies, i was so impressed with how it was handled:T

Well done on getting it all sorted.It often surprises me how helpful & decent most promotors are,contrary to some expectations.
To illustrate this I've win two big holidays & the promotors have let me change hotels & take our daughter.Another promotor made a mistake on the postage costs,which cost me just £4.00 on collection.I contacted them & they sent me a similiar prize worth £40.
Just goes to show us really.
