I have just returned from Chicago - we won flights with American Airways/Real Radio back in Oct/Nov of last year. It was absolutely amazing (despite the cold!) and I would love to return. I am so thankful to everyone who posts competitions because without this site, I would have never even thought of going to Chicago!

Anyway, some pictures from our trip:














On the last one we are standing 103 floors above Chicago on a glass ledge, very very scary!

I havent entered comps for ages & ages, to the two facts of I never seem to win anything & my dd has been in & out of hospital for the last 14 months, so not really had time, but used to enjoy entering waiting for a winning email or a nice winning envelope to appear on my doorsptep, unfortunely never happened, but seeing all these lovely wins makes me wany to try again....x good luck everyone!!!....xxx

Thanks again to sassysare for posting the comp. Couldn't believe it when I received the WEM.

We flew to LA by American Airlines and stayed at the Sheraton Universal which was right next to Universal Studios. The prize included a visit to Universal Studios



This is a view of the Hollywood Hills from Universal studios. We did see the 'Hollywood' sign, but it was on the other side of the hill!




The new star of the Terminator movies!


We met a REAL Hollywood star - the canine star of 'Marley and Me'!


We went to a mask making workshop - Spot the monsters!

Still time to chill out in the hotel - on the 15th floor.

We had a wonderful time. Something that we certainly wouldn't done otherwise. We wouldn't have been able to afford it to start with, and really wouldn't have even considered going to California because it's so far away. It was a real experience though and one we'll never forget.
I'm so grateful to all who post comps on here. xx
