Got back a couple of days ago from a fortnight in Panama courtesy of Magic FM. It was absolutely lovely. I'm now brown and lightly peeling.

It was fab. Had to pinch myself all the time as I couldn't believe it was real. Every breakfast tasted all the sweeter for being free.
