I've been lurking for months now and have finally registered and am ready to show my first ever attempt at a hamper! First, thank you all for posting pics, you're all inspiring

My dad loves cooking and loves good food and all things foody and pretentious :rotfl: so here's his foody hamper. Have had to upload to Photobucket because I'm too new to upload!

The box is a cardboard box I kept from when someone bought me a 'Baby Blooms' gift when I had my baby and I just covered it in gold paper. The cellophane free from a florist friend and the bow free from a previous gift.

- Olive oil bottle £1 (Poundland)
- Seafood and fish hardback cook book £1 (Poundland)
- Little bottle of Truffle Oil £3.99 (Tesco)
- 3 x jars of Tesco Finest marinated olives £4.98 in 3 for 2 offer
- Almond infused honey £2.49 (Lidl)
- Pack of Star Anise £2.81 (Ebay)
- Pack of pink peppercorns £2.59 (Ebay)
- 2 x 'Black Garlic' bulbs (weird fermented, aged garlic!) 70p for both reduced in Tesco and they don't expire until May 2012!

Total = £19.56
