Mark on dining table

I've got a mahogany dining table & I've just noticed a couple of marks on them. I think these marks were caused by something hot which went through my table cloth
The problem being is that I've got a lady coming round on Monday who wants to buy my table, so any tips or advice on how to remove these satins is very much appreciated, thanks in advance

Sorry don't have any advice on removing marks but can't you get any mahogony stain and rub that into it. Might make it a bit less noticeable.
Totally off topic but a handy tip to have - we once we had some scratches/grooves on a wood surface and someone who was a french polisher told me to put a damp cloth over the stain and iron it with a hot iron. This puffed the wood back out and removed the scratches. Didn't think it would work but it did.0 -
What you need is Mr Sheen Classic scratch cover. It will also cover stains. You can buy it from good supermarkets or DIY shops.2008 Comping ChallengeWon so far - £3010 Needed - £230Debt free since Oct 20040
