Can I ask what amount you got for the capital remaining after the two years?
I got: 87,699 x 1.0539 - (12 x 538.99) = 85,958 after one year, and
85,958 x 1.0539 - (12 x 538.99) = 84,123 after the two years.
With that (over a further 23 years at 7.09%), the BBC calculator gives £626.69 a month.0
