How much have you spent today? 25/11

Ooooh, a month til Christmas :0)

I havent bought lunch with me today, not that hungry really, although am feeling a lot better, although still have the cold!!! So will need to buy lunch.

Also, I wanted to get my legs waxed, but for a 1/2 leg its £18 round here, but convenient because I can get it done in my lunch break - a lot of money though. What do you think?

If I get them done tomorrow it will be £12 (closer to home) and I could also buy Anastacia's Greatest Hits (for a friend, honest!!!) for a bit more... but its an inconvenient time...

I am sure you all wanted to hear about my leg wax scenario :0)

So happy its Friday!!! It would have been my grandad's birthday today (he died in August) :0(

I've got lunch with me so won't be spending anything on that. I do have to get a bday pressie for a friend at lunchtime - hoping not spend more than a fiver on that though.

jane130 - have a look on the oldstyle board. You'll find loads of cheap meal ideas on there.

ms_london - good luck with your leg wax dilemma. I think i'd get them done at lunch time just to get the pain out of the way as quickly as possible! I'm sorry to hear about your grandad. I'm sure he would have been very proud of your debt-freeness.

Take care all and have a great weekend

He wouldve been, my nan put that in the card she sent me too, and it made me cry!! I know I made him ashamed when he found out how much debt I was in, so that meant a lot to me!!

In the interest of money-saving-ness I think you should grow your leg hair. This would have a two-fold saving effect. One, it would save you in waxing/shaving costs. Two, it will reduce your heating bills as it will act as additional insulation on your body. If you were *really* serious about saving mooney you could also grow your bikini line hair and train it tocover your upper legs, therefore insulating yet more of yourself, and perhaps your underarm hair, in fact, you could knit yourself a sort of integrated bodysuit as a thermal layer. No? Not fancy that then??
